In ShieldConex 1.14.1 users will now receive automated emails for account lockouts, and we've corrected field behavior in our template editor, alongside other maintenance and security updates.

Automated Account Lockout Notification
To improve user experience and security, users will now receive an automated email if their account is locked.

Bug Fixes

Required/Optional Behavior on Field Sets
In our template editor's "field sets", such as Card Information and Address, fields are expected to individually adhere to their "required" or "optional" settings. We've addressed an inconsistency where most fields, except for Street Address Line 2, were mistakenly behaving as mandatory. Field groups now consistently honor their designated required or optional status.
